How to get Product Updates
If you obtained your product from a distributor and not directly from IST then you should contact your supplier in the first instance.
You will be entitled to
an upgrade to the latest version
if you have a valid Software Support Agreement.
Note that for all products incremental point releases
(e.g. 5.0.2, 2.1.4) are made from time to time. You will only
be notified of these if you have a problem that is fixed by
them and, of course, you have a valid Software Support
Agreement.
If you don't
have such an agreement then
you must renew it in order to get an upgrade
- please contact your supplier or email sales@ist-inc.com or otherwise
contact IST.
